Prior to forming Health Union, Tim spent 13 years at GlaxoSmithKline where he was an early online marketing pioneer, having founded and led GSK’s eBusiness Group from 1999-2004. In that capacity, Tim’s team architected and launched gskDIRECT, an online physician portal and 1on1health, an award-winning unbranded patient education platform. During his tenure, the eBusiness Group contributed to numerous successful product launches and online marketing initiatives reaching both healthcare professionals and consumers.
After eBusiness, Tim returned to his roots in brand marketing working on and/or leading numerous product teams across the full pharma product trajectory from pre-launch and launch through maturity to lifecycle management and patent expiry.
Tim received a Bachelors degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Prior to forming Health Union, Olivier spent 9 years at GlaxoSmithKline where he was recognized as a true marketing and Internet innovator within the pharmaceutical industry. During his time at GSK, Olivier gained extensive knowledge in marketing analytics as well as a broad vision of professional and consumer marketing campaign in numerous disease areas (Diabetes, Anti-Infective, ED, Dermatology). Olivier lead the professional campaign for new product launches. Through his career he created and launched multiple physician e-marketing campaigns and developed innovative consumer outreach program for diabetes patients. Additionally he has a deep knowledge in understanding online media and search marketing. (SEO and SEM).

Prior to joining Health Union, Amrita spent 6 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in numerous marketing and analytic roles in anti-infectives and oncology. Amrita recently completed a Masters in Public Health from Drexel University while working on the launch of an exciting new product. Through her career she has accumulated extensive market research experience, which she has honed to develop a keen sense for patient needs.
In addition to her MPH from Drexel University, Amrita holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS from Binghamton University in New York.

Mr. Harris has spent the last 15 years in art/creative director roles in the interactive agency business. Harris spent the last six years at award-winning agency IMC2 where he led the creative aspects of accounts in pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods and hospitality. In the mid 90s, Mr. Harris helped launch Interactive group for Targetbase Marketing, servicing clients such as P&G, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola. Mr. Harris studied advertising and journalism at Northern Arizona University.

Over the past ten years Jeremy has learned the enterprise product lifecycle first-hand at LexisNexis, Cincinnati's Children's Hospital and most recently, IBM. He also assisted the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest, where, under his leadership the contest started for the first time when scheduled. For this—among other achievements—Jeremy was invited to represent the region at the 2009 World Finals in Stockholm, Sweden, sit on the regional steering committee, and give a talk at Carnegie Mellon University.
Jeremy contributes to the open source project MacPorts where he mentors students through Google's Summer of Code program.
