In order to create more inclusive online health communities, Reggie stresses the importance of making sure people feel like they belong, they are seen, and they are heard. In this interview, Reggie discusses how giving people a space or a forum to be free to express themselves as they are and not have to sacrifice their any part of their identity only helps build more community. In this interview, Tahirah discusses how Black History Month makes her feel seen and provides an opportunity to celebrate the African diaspora. She discusses how her perspective on life particularly as a Black woman balances mental and emotional gymnastics while being unapologetic to who she is and how she feels.
