Migraine: Treatments, comorbidities, and quality of life, in the USA
/in Publications /by Lina KirbyThe results of this study extend the literature characterizing the treatment patterns, stress characteristics, disorder characteristics, and disability profile, of the chronic migraine population in the largest sample yet collected. Chronic migraineurs were found to experience significant impairment in their personal, professional, and social functioning.
Survey of migraine sufferers with dogs to evaluate for canine migraine-alerting behaviors
/in Publications /by Lina KirbyThe result of this study suggests that about one in four migraineurs living with a companion dog endorsed recognizing a change in their dog’s behavior before recognizing initial symptoms of a migraine attack.
