The seventh annual Rheumatoid Arthritis In America survey, a syndicated research study from Health Union, quantifies the true impact of this condition among patients – going beyond basic demographics and symptoms to establish a deep understanding of the holistic patient journey for those affected and to track trends over time.
The new data from the seventh annual Rheumatoid Arthritis In America survey reveals deep insights of a population of 3,511 diagnosed respondents, of which 11% were diagnosed before age 30, and 41% started to experience symptoms before age 40. Half are currently using a biologic or JAK inhibitor medication, and only 16% of all respondents feel controlled on their current treatment plan.*
