PHILADELPHIA — May 12, 2021 — Health Union has been recognized among Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces in 2021, the second consecutive time the company has made this list. The Best Workplaces program is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement and stellar benefits.
The 429 companies that made Inc.’s Best Workplaces list were selected based on employee surveys, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, benefits, perks and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed and audited the data, then ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results.
Included within the Medium-Large (100-249) category, Health Union is one of 26 listed companies in the health industry and one of four headquartered in the greater Philadelphia area. The company received a total score of 93.24 out of 100 from the employee survey; additional survey findings include:
- 91% of Health Union team members are categorized as “highly engaged”
- The top word used to describe the work environment was “collaborative”
- Health Union had a 97% favorability rating toward the statement, “The senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource”
