What is “Personal Information”?
Personal Information is information that can identify or describe an individual. For example, first and last name, email address, unique device ID, and cookie identifiers. We also treat some data that doesn’t seem “personal” as Personal Information. This is because it could link to, or be used to identify, someone.

See the chart below for the categories of Personal Information we collect.
We collect different types of Personal Information to provide the Services and its features, and advertising. You choose the amount of Personal Information we collect by managing your cookie settings here. You must accept “Strictly Necessary” cookies to use all Services and website features or functions.
So … why do you collect Personal Information?
We use Personal Information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. It helps us understand how our Services are used, so we can display content and advertisements based on your interests and needs. Other reasons include account management, fraud, criminal activity prevention, and legal compliance.
Do you still collect information if I don’t create an account?
Yes. We collect technical information and activity information when you visit our websites. For example, we collect your IP address and the device you use (phone, tablet, etc.). We also collect data about your activity while accessing our Services. We combine this technical information with third-party information, such as Facebook.
Do you share information with social media platforms?
Yes, if you use the social media platform along with our Services. For example, suppose you use your Facebook or Google account to log in or create an account. For example, if you’d like to create an account, you must provide your email address, username, and password.
Other ways include filling out a profile or uploading a photo. Or by posting a comment in a public discussion forum, sharing a status update, and more. These “community areas” aren’t private. They are open to the public. ALWAYS EXERCISE YOUR JUDGMENT BEFORE SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THE PUBLIC. What is Non-Personal Information?
Non-Personal Information is information that doesn’t identify or connect to an individual.
We create Non-Personal Information by aggregating Personal Information or transforming it into a code. This process is “hashing,” “deidentifying,” or “pseudonymization.” We use and share Non-Personal Information for a variety of business purposes. This includes providing, improving, and promoting our Services. If we combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, then we’ll treat the combination as Personal Information.

Even in case of a withdrawal, we may continue to use your Personal Information as permitted or required by law; and
Right to object – where we are processing your Personal Information based on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party), you may challenge this. But, we may be allowed to continue processing your Personal Information where we show that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information (which override your rights and freedoms), or where continuing to process your Personal Information is relevant to the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If you’d like to exercise any of these rights or have questions, please fill out this form or contact us at privacy@health-union.com.
You won’t have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). But, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Information or access someone else’s personal information on their behalf (or to exercise any of the other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to anyone who does not have the right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information about your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. If your request is complex or you’ve made several requests, it may take us longer to complete. We’ll notify you if that happens and keep you updated. If we can’t comply with your request, we’ll explain why.
