At Health Union, the data used for these purposes is the same. With some exceptions, we extend these opt out rights to all Users. Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising or Limit our Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: Your opt-out will only apply to the browser and device from which you select your cookie preferences.

When Targeting Cookies are “off,” advertising partners are prevented from placing trackers on your device in the future. For information collected from you through your use of the Sites and Services, or all other means are not based on cookies and similar Tracking Technologies:

Opt out of all selling or sharing information collected from you using other means: Your opt out will apply to all information collected from you and will also opt you out of the usage of cookies and Tracking Technologies for targeted advertising.

You can submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” request to opt out of all selling or sharing of your Personal Information by completing a Privacy Rights Request or email us at privacy@health-union.com.

Other Privacy Rights.

Please be advised that privacy laws and regulations can vary significantly by state. As a result, the specific privacy rights available to you may differ depending on your state of residence. The rights below differ from the choices outlined above. While the right to “opt out” controls how we use your data for targeted advertising, the rights below allow you to take direct action on the data itself.

Right to Correct: Request that we fix any inaccurate Personal Information.
Right to Delete: Request that we erase your Personal Information, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Right to Appeal: Appeal a decision we have made regarding a previous request.

Email Communications.

Opting out of marketing or newsletter emails is separate from your preferences regarding advertising and data sharing. You can opt out of targeted advertising and still receive the newsletters you’ve subscribed to.

To stop receiving marketing or newsletter emails from Health Union, you have two options:

Use the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of every email we send you.
Send a request to helpdesk@health-union.com to request removal from all our marketing email lists.

Please note: Even if you unsubscribe from our marketing emails, we may still need to send you important, non-promotional communications. These include legally required notices, significant updates to our Privacy Notice or Terms of Use, and responses to your requests regarding your privacy rights.
