Jake Ridgway Joins Health Union Executive Team As Vice President of People

PHILADELPHIA – May 20, 2019 – Health Union announced today that Jake Ridgway has joined the company as vice president of people. With almost 20 years of experience building organizations and growing top tier talent, Ridgway will continue to cultivate Health Union’s commitment to prioritizing people as the company’s most important resource.
In his role, Ridgway will lead a team that handles all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, management and development, organizational development and effectiveness, compensation, benefits and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Ridgway joins Health Union following a successful, 12-year career at audience measurement firm Comscore, where he led the global talent acquisition strategy and execution for a team of more than 1,800 employees in over 20 countries. Prior to that, he led an office for staffing company Randstad. A native of the Caribbean, Ridgway will leverage his personal experience growing up in a diverse culture to continue to champion and implement Health Union’s core values of community, inclusion, transparency and excellence.

Ridgway earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Mary Washington College. He has recently relocated to the Philadelphia area with his wife and twin sons.
