Living With Skin Cancer: April P
In her early 30’s, April Pulliam was diagnosed with melanoma. Fair-skinned, April believes most of the damage to her skin was caused by tanning. April has had multiple skin cancers since her original diagnosis and has shared her experiences with topical chemotherapy in pictures and videos. As an advocate for SkinCancer.net, she uses her voice to educate others about the dangers of tanning and supports others going through skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. In this interview, April shares her experiences living with and advocating for skin cancer awareness.
