PHILADELPHIA — April 12, 2022 — Health Union, the leader in social health, has been recognized for the first time as one of Financial Times’ “The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies,” ranking No. 246 on its 2022 list of 500 companies.
Health Union made the list with a 247.2% annual growth rate in revenue between 2017 and 2020 and a 51.4% compound annual growth rate. It was one of 32 companies listed in the health industry category, along with multiple internationally recognized pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. The entire list can be found here.
Making this list represents significant international recognition for Health Union after four consecutive years of continuous local and national accolades. Specifically, the company’s growth has been recognized nationally by the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 program, as well as locally by the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 and the Philadelphia100 list.

Financial Times compiled its third annual The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies list with research company Statista. The companies ranked entrants from across the Americas by their compound annual growth rate in revenue between 2017 and 2020, based on publicly disclosed revenue information.
To be considered for the list, companies had to be independent entities whose revenue growth between 2017 and 2020 was primarily organic. Their 2017 revenue had to be at least $100,000, and their 2020 revenue had to be at least $1.5 million. Companies had to be headquartered in one of 20 American countries, including the United States, Canada and Mexico.
