Who is Health Union?
Health Union was started in 2010 to leverage technology in ways that would enable people living with chronic conditions to learn, connect and share in meaningful and impactful ways. Today, we have grown to over 250 full-time employees, with an expanding portfolio of condition-specific online health communities and are a leading innovator in the field of social health.

The patient journey has evolved from a linear path to a constellation of interactive moments that help inform critical health decisions. All team members are encouraged to choose the work location that best suits their work style and personal needs. Between working fully remote or in a hybrid setting out of our Philadelphia office, we strive to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
